Happiness Is . . . .

Being the first one to dig into a brand new jar of peanut butter.

Having the swimming pool all to myself.

Sleeping on fresh, clean sheets the first night.

Hanging out with Brandon just laughing and talking; having a geniunely great time together, doing nothing.

A refreshing shower after being really hot and sweaty.

Having everyone in my "Lunch Bunch" at work, present at the lunch table.

Someone telling me I am beautiful.

Getting to sing more than 3 songs at Karaoke.

Having a total stranger at Karaoke come up to me after I sing and tell me I am really good.

Coming home from work and no one being in my parking space.

Making it to payday without being in the negative.

Getting a pedicure and they polish my toenails and paint flowers on my big toes.

Finally getting the internet at home so I don't have to "illegally" blog at work.

What makes you happy?

Have a wonderfully fun weekend :-)

Crawling in clean sheets. (I did that last night.)

Hanging around the house with my husband, kids, and Allie....watching movies, laughing, playing games, etc.

Sweet comments from blogging friends.:)

I hope you have a great weekend too.
Hugs to you!

wow! this reminds me of my Peanut's Calendar I once had entitled, "Happiness Is.."

I particularly like this post of yours. One of my favorites, now.

For me, happiness is,

-the 1st lick in a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone
-the last stroke on my fingernails coming out perfectly painted.
-finishing a really great book.
-giving someone a present that they really like.
-finding a shirt you really like on sale!
-waking up on a Saturday morning knowing that you could just fall right back to sleep.

Okay, I have SO many more, but I don't want to take too much of your time!

A clean house.
My children doing something I ask, the first time I ask them.
Gift Giving
Meeting wonderful new friends in blogville
Receiving inspiring comments
Loosing 100 lbs without even trying (I haven't actually experienced this yet, but I feel certain that would bring me extreme happiness).

Great Post - I may steal, er I mean borrow it. :)
