Christmas blessings to you all, my wonderful, bloggy friends!

I've gotten to where I like "Happy Christmas" for a change, instead of "Merry Christmas". They say "Happy Christmas" in England. I know this, not because I've been to England, but because my favorite Christmas movie is, "A Christmas Carol", and since I have not had my Direct TV on in about 2 months now, I've watched a whole lotta Christmas Carol! In case there is someone out there who has never seen "A Christmas Carol" - and I certainly hope there is not - it takes place in London, England. I collect the different versions. I think my favorite is the one with Patrick Stewart playing Ebeneezer Scrooge. I also have a musical version with Kelsey Grammar (Frazier) playing Scrooge and it is really good.

I had to work today :( We don't get Christmas Eve off anymore but depending on how the holidays fall, we might, some years. We are getting Friday off which will still give us a nice long weekend. I am taking vacation all next week too, so I am very excited.

Tonight, we're headed to Moman'nem's for supper and fun. No gift opening though, because we are strict Christmas Day openers in my family. My sister is coming home from Alabama to spend Christmas with us and we are very excited. She and her boyfriend get in today and they are going straight to Moman'nem's. As soon as I get off, Brandon and Ex-hubby, Steve, and I will all head on over. My step-sister, Jolie and my nephew, Zachary will already be there. We're all spending the night there and will all get up to see what Santa Claus brings Zachary and Brandon (yes, Brandon still gets Santa Claus visits at 17 ). My sister's 3 kids will be over tomorrow, as they will be with their dad tonight. We're having barbeque, potato salad, slaw, and beans for supper tonight - yum, yum! Tomorrow, we're just having snacky stuff besides a Turkey. My mom and I both work at the same company and we both received turkeys for Christmas from the company this year, so we got plenty of bird to eat.

We'll probably spend the whole weekend at Moman'nem's having a wonderful time just being together and eating and playing games - we are so much fun!! :)

Happy Christmas to you all!

Love,

Denise
